Wholesome Valley Farm features 75 acres of farmland for growing and selling fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs and flowers, all natural and free from chemicals. There are also beef cows, pork, broilers, and free range chickens out in the fields in a natural GMO chemical free environment.
Wholesome Valley Farm also houses a 6,000-square-foot barn, where produce is sold and educational seminars and classes on the nutritional benefits of foods grown without the use of chemicals are held.
Located adjacent to the Hasseman House Bed & Breakfast and across the street from the main Amish Door campus, Wholesome Valley Farms opened to the public in May 2011.
Local growers interested in retailing products at the Amish Door Farms are encouraged to contact Amish Door for more information.
